ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

ISSA has a structure that ensures independence, collective responsibility, and accountability of the Executive Committee, Heads of Departments, and the General Assembly.

THE ADVISORY BOARD

These are professionals drawn from different organizations and who are strategic partners in our activities. They are responsible for coming up with a fundraising mechanism, networking and publicity, Legal/technical aspects of issues

THE SECRETARIAT

The secretariat consists of six programme officers who steer the programmes, the coordinator, who coordinates the six programmes and the Secretary who is the office assistant and the secretary to the secretariat. The secretariat meet regularly to discuss the ongoing activities and forging way forward for ISSA. The program officers share their experiences and exchange ideas to keep ISSA focused on her mission towards achieving the vision. ISSA encourages all her members to participate in any program tat will. All members are directly under the Special Programmes. All the members of the secretariat are working voluntarily passionately to sustain the organization and themselves.
